Change of admission status from provisional to regular
If your admission status is provisional, this means that you failed to submit all of the documents especially the original and valid copy of the transcript of records required for admission to the program.
You have to satisfy this requirement within the first semester of your enrollment. Failure to do so would mean non-eligibility for enrollment for the succeeding term. If you have an admission status of provisional, you must submit a valid transcript of records to the Office of the University Registrar during the enrollment period.
