Payment of school fees through billing (external funding)
Step 1.Secure Certificate of Authority to Bill from your sending institution. The certificate should indicate the complete name of the student, semester/term and the name of the person to whom the billing is addressed.
Step 2.Submit/Mail the original copy of the certification to the Office of the University at least one week before the start of enrollment
Step 3.Once configured in the system, the student may now proceed with online enrollment
Step 4. The OUR will send the billing statement to the sending agency one month after the registration period.
