You will receive an email acknowledgement once your application documents are received at the Office of the University Registrar. You can also check the status of your application through the OAS:
(a)Submitted – Your application was submitted online. Your application will only be reviewed and evaluated by the Program Admission Committee upon receipt of the original and official copy of the required documents.
(b)For evaluation - Your applications will be forwarded to the Admissions Committee for evaluation.
(c)Approved - Admitted applicants will receive official notification by mail or email. Should there be any discrepancy in the application status, the information contained in the official notification shall take precedence over the results posted on the OAS.
(d) Disapproved - Applicant failed to meet the minimum requirement/s of the program.
Other statuses will also be posted depending on the admission requirement of the program (for exam, deferred, no basis for evaluation, etc)
5. Notification of Results
Application results will be released before the enrollment/registration period. You can also monitor the progress of your application using the OAS. Admission notice is sent through email and posted at the OUR website. Should there exist any discrepancy, the information in the official admission notice shall take precedence over the results posted on the web.
