New and continuing students are advised to enroll within the prescribed period of registration and complete your payment on or before the last day of enrollment (Philippine Time). Otherwise, you may encounter problems of uploading your proof of payment in the ORS because the system will automatically close after the enrollment period. Please note that there will be no extension of enrollment.
You have to make sure to enroll only the courses found in your plan of study or those advised by your Program Chair. If you still don't know what courses to enroll, you may see the list of courses scheduled for your batch posted at the OUR Microsite http://our.upou.edu.ph/ourweb/details.php?id=51, or refer to your plan of study posted in your respective program microsites http://our.upou.edu.ph/ourweb/details.php?id=67 . You may also contact your Program Chair if you need further academic advising. If you have an application for reduced fee (UP employees), tuition fee exemption (UP employee dependent) or barangay scholarship (Barangay/SK officials), please submit the original copy of the approved application form to your LC Coordinator or to the Office of the University Registrar at least two days before the start of the enrollment. For paying students, full payment is required upon enrollment. MALLE Qualifying Exam (NEW)
The Master of Arts in Language and Literacy Education (MALLE) Qualifying Exam for 2nd Semester 2016-2017 will not proceed as scheduled (5 November 2016). MALLE applicants are requested to wait for further announcements from the UPOU Office of the University Registrar with regards to the MA LLE QE schedule.

Deadline for submission of application documents for the following programs is officially closed:
- Associate in Arts (AA), Bachelor of Education Studies (BES), Bachelor of Arts in Education Studies (BES)
- Master of Public Management (MPM)
- PHD in Education (PHDED)
Deadline for submission of application documents for the following programs is extended:
- 2nd Semester Programs: 10 September 2016 (New deadline)
- DST, DMT, DLLE/MLLE, DSSE/MSSE, MDC, GCAS, MAS, DLVM/MLVM, DLUP, DRDM, DSW/MSW, DWD, DENRM/MENRM
- DCS, MIS, DIH, MIH, MAN, and DCOMM do not have 2nd semester intake
- 2nd Trimester Programs: 30 September 2016 (New deadline)

Distance Education Readiness Module (DER)
Part of the admission process is the completion of the online Distance Education Readiness Module. The DER link and deadline for the completion of the module will be emailed to you. Remember to always check you spam box in case legitimate email gets routed by your email server.
