A student portal is an online gateway where students can access the online registration system (ORS), view their grades, request for documents and update their contact information. It also includes links to the learning management system (MyPortal), library and other online services exclusive for UPOU students.

Eligibility to the no tuition and other school fees privilege (Memo No. PDLC 17-21B)

All undergraduate students  (AA, BAMS, BES) enrolled in the 1st Trimester 2017-2018 were evaluated for eligibility to the no tuition and other school fees privilege as stipulated in Memo No. PDLC 17-21B. Please check your email  for the evaluation result notice. If you did not receive the notification, please email registration@upou.edu.ph


Payment Procedure through a PNB Branch

a. Go to the nearest PNB branch, and get a deposit slip.

b. Fill out three copies of the deposit slip completely and legibly with the following information: Write UPOU Revolving Fund as the account name, and 246410028531 as the account number. Indicate PNB-UP Los Baños Branch as the depository office.

c. Print your name, purpose of payment

d. Make the deposit and get two copies of the bank validated slip. This will serve as your proof of payment.

  • Complete your enrollment and payment on or before the last day of enrollment (Philippine Time).
  • BEFORE ENROLLING, refer to the list of courses scheduled for your batch found HERE. Please make sure to enroll the courses found in your plan of study or those advised by your Program Chair. List of recommended courses for new students is found HERE
  • The ORS sets a maximum number of units per program that a student can enroll. If you are advised to enroll additional units beyond the regular academic load per semester, you will have to email registration@upou.edu.ph to manually add additional course/s if your enrollment is still IN PROCESS, otherwise you will need to accomplish the change of mat form
