The deadline for applications for readmission from AWOL and waiver/extension of MRR for the First Trimester AY 2025–2026 is September 5.
Applications are to be processed online through AIMS. Submissions received beyond the deadline will be processed in the next term.

✔️ Students must complete their enrollment/registration and pay the required fees within the scheduled period. Access to the Online Registration System (ORS) will be disabled after the deadline.✔️ Students must ensure that the courses they enroll in are part of their approved Plan of Study (POS). If a student wishes to enroll in a course not included in their POS, they must first obtain approval from their Program Chair.================================

Students who are officially enrolled for the current term and wish to cancel, add, or change their currently enrolled course(s).

📚 Overloading and Underloading Applications – AY 2025–2026
A. Application ScheduleThe online application for both overloading and underloading will be available one week before the registration period:- First Trimester: Opens on 1 September 2025

Please be informed that students with provisional status from the admitted batches of AY 2020-2021, AY 2021-2022, AY 2022-2023, and AY 2023-2024 will not be allowed to enroll in the first term of AY 2025-2026 unless they submit their lacking transcripts of records with valid remarks from their previous school/s on or before 15 May 2025.
Failure to comply with this requirement by the deadline will result in ineligibility for enrollment in the upcoming term.
