Please be informed that the Office of the University Registrar will be closed starting 19 December 2025 in observance of the mandatory leave period implemented across all UP constituent units. Requests for certifications, Transcripts of Records (TORs), and other documents submitted through AIMS will be processed and released beginning January 2026.
