The 29th Commencement Exercises of the UP Open University (UPOU) will be held on 6 December 2025 (Saturday) at 4:00 PM at the International Convention Center Auditorium, UPOU, Los Baños, Laguna. Please refer to the Graduation Activities for Day 1 and Day 2 To ensure a smooth and meaningful experience during your two-day visit, kindly attend all scheduled activities and arrive on time.

The University Council is scheduled to convene on November 5, 2025, to approve the graduation of candidates from the Midyear Term (MT) and Third Trimester (3T) of AY 2024–2025. Their graduation confirmation, along with the commencement guidelines, will be sent via email starting November 15, 2025.

📢Applications for Readmission and MRR Extension/Waiver now in AIMS
UPOU students can now apply for readmission, Maximum Residency Rule (MRR) extension, and MRR waiver online via the AIMS Student Portal (https://our.upou.edu.ph/student).

Readmission: Required for students who went AWOL (did not enroll and had no approved LOA).

📢 To all candidates for graduation for the Midyear Term (MT) and Third Trimester (3T), AY 2024–2025:
Graduation confirmation will be sent via email on or before November 15, 2025, followed by final instructions and graduation guidelines, which will also be emailed to all AY 2024–2025 candidates.
The 29th Commencement Exercises will be held on December 6, 2025, at the International Convention Center (ICC), UP Open University. Pre-commencement activities are scheduled on Friday, 5 December 2025, which will include faculty recognition, UPOUAAI alumni orientation, document processing, and rehearsals.

The enrollment/registration schedule for the First Trimester of AY 2025–2026 has been extended until 20 September 2025 (Saturday).

✔️ Students must complete their enrollment/registration and pay the required fees within the scheduled period. Access to the Online Registration System (ORS) will be disabled after the deadline.✔️ Students must ensure that the courses they enroll in are part of their approved Plan of Study (POS). If a student wishes to enroll in a course not included in their POS, they must first obtain approval from their Program Chair.
