A student portal is an online gateway where students can access the online registration system (ORS), view their grades, request for documents and update their contact information. It also includes links to the learning management system (MyPortal), library and other online services exclusive for UPOU students.

     How to log-in

  1. Enter your Student No. (e.g. 2010-53232) and password then click the "Login" button.

  2. If you are a new user, click REQUEST FOR PASSWORD. Enter your student number. A system-generated password will be sent to your email address.

  3. Make sure that you have entered your student number (year-5digits) and password (no spaces) correctly.

Registration for the First Semester/Trimester, AY 2014-2015 may be done through the online registration system accessible at http://our.upou.edu.ph/student/. But UPOU will be implementing a new online registration system (Student Academic Information System or SAIS) starting this First Semester/Trimester. Please standby for further announcement on which online system to use. You may check the website, www.upou.edu.ph for updates. (NEW)

GCDE, DLVM, DIH, DLLE and DSSE Graduates

GCDE, DLVM, DIH, DLLE and DSSE graduates who wish to proceed to the diploma/masteral program must submit a new application form, application fee, essay and photos. Click here to download application form. For more inquiries, please email admissions@upou.edu.ph.

UPOU's calendar shift adjusts registration schedule for AY 2014-2015

The University of the Philippines Open University has adopted the shift in its academic calendar starting August 2014.The new academic term dates will be:

For the Trimestral schedule (undergraduate programs, PTC, GCDE and MDE):
1st - September to November 
 2nd- January to March
3rd - May to August
For the Semestral schedule (all other graduate programs):
1st - August to December
2nd - January to May
Summer - June to July

Reminders to students who want to apply for completion/removal online 

Please be reminded that the online application for completion/removal is locked once the term is over. Accessibility resumes at the start of the term. 

Online Document Request System is now available! 

UPOU students may now request all student documents such as transcripts and certification through the Online Document Request System. They will be informed via e-mail when their documents are ready and may pay through credit card and get their documents sent by courier to their addresses even abroad.




All UP offices will be closed during the mandatory holiday break period – December 19, 20, 23, 26 and 27 except for units which need to operate with a small number of essential employee (examples: university health services, security and police services, sanitation, emergency campus maintenance and sanitation, PABX).
