A student portal is an online gateway where students can access the online registration system (ORS), view their grades, request for documents and update their contact information. It also includes links to the learning management system (MyPortal), library and other online services exclusive for UPOU students.

     How to log-in

  1. Enter your Student No. (e.g. 2010-53232) and password then click the "Login" button.

  2. If you are a new user, click REQUEST FOR PASSWORD. Enter your student number. A system-generated password will be sent to your email address.

  3. Make sure that you have entered your student number (year-5digits) and password (no spaces) correctly.

UPOU's calendar shift adjusts registration schedule for AY 2014-2015

Reminders to students who want to apply for completion/removal online 



Please be reminded that the online application for completion/removal is locked once the term is over. Accessibility resumes at the start of the term. 

Online Document Request System is now available! 

UPOU students may now request all student documents such as transcripts and certification through the Online Document Request System. They will be informed via e-mail when their documents are ready and may pay through credit card and get their documents sent by courier to their addresses even abroad. Students will just need to log on the Student Portal and click the Online Document Request System.

TO ALL STUDENTS: Please update your email address and photo in the Student Portal Please use your UPOU webmail account (upou.edu.ph) as your primary email and other email account (yahoo, gmail, etc) as your alternate email. For inquiries regarding your UPOU email address, please email miso@upou.edu.ph. You also need to upload a valid photo in the Student Portal. Your photo must be:

  • In color, taken in front of a plain white background
  • Clear image
  • Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera Image size should not exceed 500kb.



All UP offices will be closed during the mandatory holiday break period – December 19, 20, 23, 26 and 27 except for units which need to operate with a small number of essential employee (examples: university health services, security and police services, sanitation, emergency campus maintenance and sanitation, PABX).
