It also includes links to the learning management system (MyPortal), library and other online services exclusive for UPOU students.

📢 Important Advisory for UPOU Students (Posted 23 July 2025)
We are currently beta testing thMRR and Readmission online applications in AIMS. During this process, some students may receive system notifications via email or dashboard that do not apply to their specific cases, particularly newly admitted students (AWOL status display). If you receive such a notification, please disregard it for now. Our ICTDO team is actively addressing these technical issues. However, due to several days of work suspension and the fact that our servers are housed at the HQ, we are unable to update the system immediately. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we continue to enhance AIMS to support your online learning experience better. If you encounter any system glitches, please report them by emailing [email protected] and [email protected] so we can address the issues more effectively.

📚 Enrollment/Registration Schedule for the First Semester, AY 2025–2026:


August 11–16, 2025 (Monday to Saturday)

🔔 Reminders:

✔️ Students must complete their enrollment/registration and pay the required fees within the scheduled period. Access to the Online Registration System (ORS) will be disabled after the deadline.

✔️ Students must ensure that the courses they enroll in are part of their approved Plan of Study (POS). If a student wishes to enroll in a course not included in their POS, they must first obtain approval from their Program Chair.

📢 REMINDER FOR STUDENTS WITH PROVISIONAL STATUS

Please be informed that students with provisional status from the admitted batches of AY 2020-2021, AY 2021-2022, AY 2022-2023, and AY 2023-2024 will not be allowed to enroll in the first term of AY 2025-2026 unless they submit their lacking transcripts of records with valid remarks from their previous school/s on or before 15 May 2025.

Failure to comply with this requirement by the deadline will result in ineligibility for enrollment in the upcoming term.
