📢Notice on Graduation Application Deadlines📢

Graduating students must apply for graduation within the prescribed schedule of their final term in the program. The "No Application, No Graduation" policy is strictly enforced. Additionally, students must be enrolled in the term during which they apply for graduation.
The following are the deadlines for submitting your graduation application:

         June 21, 2025 - for Midyear Term, AY 2024–2025

         July 12, 2025 - for Third Trimester, AY 2024–2025

How to apply

1. Complete the revised Application for Graduation and Data Privacy Consent Form
2. Submit the accomplished form via email to the Faculty Secretary’s Office, with a copy to [email protected]

📢 Announcement: For Graduating Students – Second Term AY 2024–2025 📢

Please be informed that your graduation for the Second Semester/Trimester AY 2024–2025 is subject to review by the appropriate approving bodies, including the UPOU University Council, and will require final confirmation by the UP Board of Regents (BOR).
Graduation will only be considered official upon confirmation by the UP BOR. The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) will notify students once confirmation has been received. Please expect updates from the OUR on or before the second week of August. 

📢 Reminder for Students on AWOL📢

Students who were absent without leave (AWOL) in the previous term must first apply for readmission. You may enroll only after your readmission application has been approved by your Faculty of Study. For information about readmission, please go to https://registrar.upou.edu.ph/application-for-readmission/

📢 REMINDER FOR STUDENTS WITH PROVISIONAL STATUS📢


Please be informed that students with provisional status from the admitted batches of AY 2020-2021, AY 2021-2022, AY 2022-2023, and AY 2023-2024 will not be allowed to enroll in the first term of AY 2025-2026 unless they submit their lacking transcripts of records with valid remarks from their previous school/s on or before 15 May 2025.

Failure to comply with this requirement by the deadline will result in ineligibility for enrollment in the upcoming term.
