Before proceeding to Online Registration, you must be sure

that the courses you intend to enrol in are based on the approved

program/plan of study. If you will enrol on courses other than what is

included in your approved program of study, you must first seek the

approval of your Program Chair.

The following students are eligible to enrol at UPOU and may access the online registration system during the enrollment period:

  • Newly Admitted Students
    • These are new and transfer students who have gone through the admission process and have been officially admitted to UPOU’s programs.
  • Continuing Students
    • UPOU students who have returned from an official Leave of Absence (LOA).
    • Readmitted students, i.e. former UPOU students who have returned from absence without leave (AWOL). An approved application for readmission is necessary to be readmitted to the program.
  • Cross- Enrollee Students
    • Cross-Enrollees are students of other UP units or non-UP units who have been approved to enrol at UPOU. To enrol at UPOU as a cross-enrollee, the student must secure an approved permit to cross-enrol/register form.
  • Non-Degree Students
    • Non-Degree students do not belong in any program of UPOU.

The Online Request for Documents System (ORDS) is temporarily not available. Instead, please make use of the google form for document requests HERE.

Otherwise, the student has to re-enroll the course if the one-year duration to complete the EXT or remove the grade of 4.0 has lapsed.

A student who is granted an official leave of absence will be given a final grade of DRP for the course/s s/he is currently enrolled in, with LOA under the Remarks column.
